For cancellations of restaurant reservations, including set courses, a cancellation fee of 70% of the reservation amount per person will be charged if the cancellation is made on the day of or the day before the reservation.

*Please note that if you cancel without prior notice, you will be charged 100% of the reservation amount.

[If you are late for your appointment]

If you will be late for your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us by phone as soon as possible.

If you do not contact us and are more than one hour late for your appointment, we will consider it a no-show and charge you 100% of the reserved course fee.

For reservations that only include seating, a cancellation fee of 5,500 yen per person will be charged.
